Consultation Opportunity – Proposed amendments to the Workers Compensation Act

Many of you have probably heard that the government has introduced amendments to the Workers Compensation Act.

These amendments relate to automatic coverage for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) for emergency responders, including Continuing Care Assistants, Correctional Officers, Emergency Response Dispatchers, Firefighters, Nurses, Paramedics, Police-Officers and others.
